If you prefer some guidance while training independently, elements from the workout screens can be incorporated when Uncoached sessions are available.
Follow parts of the programmed session, use it as inspiration, or stick entirely to your own routine. The flexibility allows you to balance independence with structure depending on what you need that day.

Sessions take place in a Personal Training space separate from the main Group Training floor.
This creates a semi-private environment where you can train with fewer distractions and more direct attention from your coach. It allows for deeper coaching, clearer feedback and a training experience that feels more focused.
