100% YOU Fitness & Recovery was born in early 2026, by Joel & Renee Pearce.
After owning four highly successful functional training studios over the last decade, they decided it was time to step out from the franchise model they were operating under and develop their own fitness, health & wellbeing brand. This brand had to be special. It had to be different. It had to reflect their values and personality. It needed a truly holistic focus on fitness, health and recovery. It had to be 100% focussed on their members, their health and their goals. It had to be 100% for YOU! It had to be 100% YOU!
Joel & Renee have over 50 years of leadership experience between them, all in roles that directly influence customer experience- from senior executive roles with some of Australia’s largest companies, to 10 years of small business ownership in the fitness industry. They are hyper-focussed on customer experience and ensuring that their customers get the best experience and maximum value possible from every interaction with their business.

We got into the fitness industry over a decade ago, driven by our own experiences with how powerful structured fitness can be for a person- both physically & mentally.
