Winners will be judged using two methods:

1. Scans (Progress)

Body Fat % is the main metric. Exceptions will be made made for members who had exceptional results towards their own specific goals (for example Muscle Gain).

2. Testimonials

Linking initial goals with results. Walking us through your transformation journey. The more inspirational, the better!
